   人类进化为直立行走之后，上肢与下肢功能区别开来，尤其髋、膝、踝关节承受全身重量，临床中膝痛症发病率高于髋部和踝部。因膝关节腔内的交叉韧带和半月板损伤属于关节镜治疗范畴，李建民老师主讲的内容是徒手疗法针对膝部关节腔外软组织引起的膝痛和功能障碍的快速诊断、治疗与运动康复。宗旨是把患者拦截在去往膝关节置换的路上。

    After humans have evolved to walk upright, the upper limbs and lower limbs functions are distinguished, especially in the hip, knee, and ankle joints which bear the weight of the whole body. The clinical incidence of knee pain is higher than that of the hip and ankle.  Because cruciate ligament and meniscus injuries in the knee joint cavity belong to the scope of arthroscopic treatment, Mr. Li Jianmin's lecture is focused on the rapid diagnosis, treatment and sports rehabilitation of knee pain and dysfunction caused by the soft tissue outside the knee joint cavity.  The aim is to stop the patient's progression toward knee replacement.
